I love welcoming families back year after year and being able to see their little ones grow. The last time I photographed this sweet family, their youngest son was celebrating his first birthday. Now, in what feels like the blink of an eye, they have grown into energetic little boys who had a blast during their playful family portraits at Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs.

As your children grow and change, your family portraits should grow and change with them. The portraits hanging on your walls should reflect the season your family is living in right now. It was definitely time for some gorgeous new portraits on their walls to reflect their growing boys and their shining personalities. Watching Bennett and Easton interact with each other and with their parents was such a joy, and their love for one another shines through in every image.

One of My Favorite Saratoga Springs Portrait Locations

This area of Skidmore College campus is one of my favorite locations for family portraits in Saratoga Springs. It offers the perfect blend of beautiful architecture, open green spaces, and natural beauty. However, what I really love about this spot for family sessions is that it gives children room to simply be kids. For this family’s playful portraits, they had ample space to play games and explore together. There was movement, tickle fights, and lots of fun and laughter.

I am so happy this sweet family now has updated family portraits capturing their adorable boys at these fun ages and their family in this season of life.
