I loved planning a musical cake smash for Miles’s first birthday! This sweet boy music and he is always dancing and bopping to the beat, so it made sense to incorporate it into his first birthday cake smash theme! We used blues to match his nursery, and I made the music notes by hand to hang on his backdrop. We incorporated white balloons to match his big sister’s cake smash from two years ago (check it out here!).

We had so much fun capturing these playful family portraits, and I’m so excited that they’re going to be adding them to their gallery wall in the living room. This will surely make them all smile every time they see them!
